No es un nombre artístico ni un seudónimo, es su nombre, Desireê Quesada, yo lo he comprobado, he visto su DNI.
Reconozco que llama la impresión nada más verla, tiene algo, que no sabes que, pero que venga de donde venga, a ti te llega a partir de sus ojos, unos ojos de alguien que tiene seguro muchas cosas que contar y quizás mucho que callar.
Socialmente es común pensar que uno es lo que hace para vivir, o más bien sobrevivir en estos tiempos que corren, visto así yo no se lo que es, creo que ella tampoco. Mejor así. Yo mejor te cuento como es y algunas cosas que se que hace, súmalo todo y multiplícalo por lo que sea, que a mi los números no se me dan bien…
Ella se divierte, se desahoga, interpreta realidades, se intenta entender a si misma y luego vuelve a empezar. Al final todo es lo mismo, da igual que sea plástica, música, diseño o moda, la esencia nace en el mismo sitio y la creatividad es siempre la que la mueve.

Cuando vende una de sus obras, actúa como el que regala cachorritos, solo se separa de ellas si sabe que estarán en buenas manos y que de verdad esa persona puede apreciarlas. Bonito, verdad?
Ha recibido formación de mano de otros artistas, pero sigue teniendo el estilo genuino de alguien al que no se le ha impuesto el dogma de la escuela. Sabe aprender de los que le enseñan, pero también sabe olvidar todo lo que más que enseñar le hace perder autenticidad. Su obra te puede gustar más o menos, pero al menos tienes que reconocer que no es un simulacro ni un producto comercial, sino una necesidad, un producto de su propia realidad, que a diferencias de otras personas, tiene la valentía de enseñar al mundo.

Selling her works is almost like selling her children, but she prefers sell them if that can allow her to continue always painting, in this way it seems less painful. She has an artistic background and has been taught by other artists, but she still has the genuine style of someone who has not been formally taught by a traditional art school. She is good in learning what is interesting for her but she tries to forget everything that makes her to loose authenticity. You can like or dislike her work, but at least you have to admit that it is not a simlacrum or a commodity, but a necessity, a product of her own reality, that, she has the courage to show everyone.
